1. About WishMaker

WishMaker (“we”, “us”) lets you light a digital Diwali lantern with a personal wish for a person you care about. The lantern rises in a shared online night sky and you can send its link to the person.

2. What you can buy

• Digital lanterns (Gods, Family and Free collections).
• Optional profile styles (avatars and banners).

These are digital products with no physical delivery. Each lantern can be lit once. Prices are fixed, shown in INR in the Shop and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

3. Free lantern

Each device can claim one free lantern from the Free collection. We may limit or refuse free claims if we detect misuse.

4. Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Items are delivered instantly after payment. See our Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy.

5. Your content

• You are responsible for the names, wishes, notes and photos you add.
• Do not post abusive, hateful, sexual, illegal or misleading content, links, phone numbers, or other people’s private information.
• We may check content automatically and may hide or remove any lantern, text or photo that breaks these rules, without refund.
• You allow us to display your lantern, names and wish in the sky and on the link you share. Photos are shown only as you choose (private or public).

6. Fair use

Do not try to break, copy, overload or misuse the service, create fake payments, or claim free lanterns again and again. Accounts that do this may be blocked.

7. Availability

We try to keep the service running, but we do not promise that it will always be available or error free. We may change or stop features.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
